Go Big And Go Home in Two Newly Listed Pro-Bowler Pads

To commemorate the release of the 2022 NFL schedule this week, we’re featuring the recently listed homes of two high-profile Pro-Bowlers: Russell Wilson and Odem Beckham Jr. The former is headed to Denver where he’ll play for the Broncos, while the latter, a free agent, is still contemplating his next move.
We’ll start with the Wilsons (that’s quarterback Russell and model/R&B singer/philanthropist Ciara). The pair are selling their Bellevue, Washington 11,104-square-foot, two-parcel waterfront estate for a whopping $36 million. Listing agents are Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co.
The 1.9-acre property, set on 270-feet of prime Lake Washington shoreline, sports panoramic water and city views.

Highlights of the ornately embellished main house include a massive foyer with 20-foot ceiling, a pair of formal dining rooms, and an epicurean kitchen complete with 14-foot doublewide island and bone-white cabinetry. The great room, divided by fluted Corinthian columns, connects to a dining bay overlooking the lake and Seattle skyline.
Throughout the home, there are multiple carved stone fireplaces and Southeast Asian antique wood doors. Six bedrooms and seven baths span three floors, serviced by both an elevator and circular staircase.

The primary suite oozes elegance—think blufftop views, circular sitting area, private balcony, garden tub, and cedar sauna. And did we mention a 200-square-foot custom closet and what the listing calls a “Hollywood-worthy glam room?”
Other star quality amenities include a fully-equipped gym, dance/yoga studio, wood-paneled theater, and a trio of play/game rooms. There’s even a double-decker tree house out back, along with a dock that can accommodate two jet skis and 60-foot yacht.
So, what’s next for the Wilsons? Local reports reveal they’re headed to Englewood, Colorado where they’ve scooped up a swoon-worthy $25 million estate in the chichi Cherry Hills Village area.
As for OBJ (as he’s known to his fans), Beckham put a $3.3 million price tag on his 13,800-square-foot Cleveland-area mega manse.

After acquiring the property in 2019, the veteran wide receiver did a major remodel, adding custom features to suit his flamboyant tastes and lifestyle.
Over-the-top would be an understatement.
We’re talking pool with waterpark-quality slide, personalized gym, barbershop station, custom dog kennel, even a movie theater that doubles as a golf simulator. And the real showstopper: A department store-sized walk-in closet lined with walls of shoe and clothing racks.

A large family room has a linear fireplace and picture windows. There are also two office spaces—one with wood paneling, the other has chalkboard-style walls.
The property sits on two-acres of manicured grounds. Greg Erlanger of Keller Williams Citywide holds the listing.
