Incredible pipes aren’t the only thing singers Christina Aguilera and Liza Minnelli have in common. They both previously owned this superbly stylish, Midcentury-inspired Hollywood Hills manse.

Looking at the photos, one word comes to mind: Sexy.

Jetliner views extend from downtown to the ocean. A plush screening room sports its own full wet bar. The outdoor spa will accommodate a dozen of your closest pals.

The home is surrounded by an astonishing array of multi-million dollar architectural properties. (Redfin)

You get the idea. But sex appeal comes with a price. The covetable property just hit the market for a titillating $9.95 million.

Current owner of all this luxury is Beautyblender president and ex-Shiseido exec Carsten Fischer. He’s obviously proud of his luxury lair—the asking price is more than double what the beauty exec paid Aguilera in 2011.

According to the listing, held by Peter Lavin of Links Real Estate, the home “offers the ultimate Hollywood Hills lifestyle.” Located at the end of a prime Sunset Strip cul-de-sac, it’s surrounded by an astonishing array of celebrity-owned and architectural properties—many valued at well over $20 million.

The house itself is designed by Steve Hermann, known as “the go-to-guy for the Hollywood elite.” Reportedly, Aguilera spent upwards of $346,000 remodeling the home.

Inside the gated stucco and stacked-stone structure is 6,500-square-feet of fabulously fashionable retro living space. Chicness abounds—think black terrazzo and walnut floors, zebrawood paneling, exposed-beam ceilings, and multiple skylights.

A sunken family room features a conversation pit with built-in seating. Walls of glass frame extraordinary views of the entire Los Angeles basin. A modern gourmet kitchen boasts commercial quality stainless steel appliances, a center island, and an adjacent breakfast nook.

And then there’s the swoon-worthy 1,200-square-foot primary suite. Along with two fireplaces and a huge walk-in closet/dressing room, the marble-clad bath features an integrated aquarium.

“The fish can spy on anyone relaxing in the freestanding soaking tub,” touts Dirt.com.

Outdoors, the picturesque yard is equally grand. Resort-like amenities include a freeform pool, sundeck, al fresco dining area plus the aforementioned spa and fireplace.

Aguilera is no stranger to pedigreed properties. In 2007, she purchased another Hollywood Hills home from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Dramatically different in style, this 10,000-square-foot mansion had a Mediterranean vibe and distinctive pink stucco exterior.

Fun fact: Between 2002 and 2005, the Osbournes filmed their MTV reality show in the kitchen and breakfast area.

And we wish we could have been there for block parties at Aguilera’s Sherman Oaks home, which she purchased from Detroit Piston owner Tom Gores for $10 million in 2013. Paris Hilton, Charlie Sheen, and Robbie Williams all lived down the street.

The four bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Hollywood Hills West property is located at 1443 Devlin Drive, Los Angeles.
