Coming from a family of homebuilders, Christy Greico-Smith had a head start when it came to designing her family’s Lake Texoma lakehouse. The mother of three — whose kids range in age from 6 to 15 — wanted an escape close enough to her Frisco home to jump in the car Friday afternoon and be home Sunday evening.
