Devotees of HBO’s family-dynasty drama Succession may have noticed that Kendall Roy has a new venue for his wheeling, dealing, and scheming.

This season, the show’s multifaceted protagonist has set up shop in an ultra-luxe downtown Manhattan condo that just hit the market for a whopping $23.3 million.

Roy and associates couldn’t ask for a more impressive war room to mastermind the takeover of Waystar-Royco. The 6,711-square-foot meticulously renovated residence — aka Pavilion A — is located on the 29th floor of New York City’s iconic Woolworth Building. Highlights include soaring 22-foot ceilings, six skylights, and of course, the grand room’s recognizable spiral staircase.

It’s “the perfect blend of Tribeca loft meets historic penthouse,” according to the Sotheby International Realty listing.

The light-filled apartment from the hit HBO show also boasts 2,770 square feet of outdoor terrace space — a rarity in the city. Extraordinary cinematic views add to the allure.

Inside, a huge chef-quality kitchen features every bell and whistle — think Molteni-crafted Dada cabinetry, Calacatta Caldia marble countertops, and Dornbracht fixtures. And worthy of the most accomplished home cooks, a full suite of Miele appliances comes complete with a wine fridge and two dishwashers.

After an exhausting day of conspiring — or whatever it’s future IRL residents do — the primary suite makes for the ideal refuge. Along with a morning kitchen and walk-in closet, a spa-like bath sports a steam shower, freestanding Porcelanosa soaking tub, dual vanity, and heated floors.

Homeowners will also have full access to the myriad of deluxe Woolworth Tower amenities: lounge, 50-foot pool, fitness studio, and wine cellar and tasting room.

Got a little more cash to burn? Good news — for you and listing agent Stan Ponte.

The 792-foot, neo-Gothic building’s five-story penthouse can be yours for a cool $79 million.

What you get for the additional $55 million is a 9,680-square-foot home plus a 408-square-foot rooftop terrace. Fun fact: When the building housed Woolworth’s Five & Dime back in the early 1900s, the outdoor space used to be a tourist attraction of sorts. Visitors would pay 50 cents to take in the panoramic city views.

The property is a “piece of history,” Ponte told CNBC.

Completed in 1913, Woolworth Tower was the tallest building in the world, overtaken in 1930 by NYC’s 40 Wall Street and the Chrysler Building.

According to the Robb Report, developer Alchemy Properties had to add windows to comply with regulations. There are now 125 in the living area alone. Also noteworthy is that much of the interior architecture intentionally remains untouched.

“This is the sort of space where someone is going to have to dictate how they live,” Kenneth Horn, the founder of Alchemy Properties, told Robb Report. “They can make it a three-bedroom, four-bedroom or one-bedroom. Our feeling was that, because of the uniqueness of the space, someone is going to buy this who really wants to execute on their own vision.”

Realtor Stan Ponte holds the listings for both properties, located in the National Historic Landmark Woolworth Building at 2 Park Place, New York, NY.

And if you’re not already a Succession fan, catch on HBO.
