Breaking News: Two Days After Kim Kardashian’s SNL Debut, Kanye West Lists His Wyoming Estate

You know it’s a good story when the gossip surrounding a property is as intriguing as the listing itself. The news broke Monday in the Daily Mail that Kanye West’s 3,888-acre Wyoming ranch is on the market — two days after his estranged (and maybe reconciling) wife Kim Kardashian hosted Saturday Night Live.
If you didn’t see the show, you not only missed Kardashian in a hot pink skintight bodysuit — you didn’t see the reality star tease about a possible run for political office. “I’m not running for president. We can’t have three failed politicians in one family,” referencing step-parent Caitlyn Jenner’s run for governor of California and hubby Kanye West’s short-lived presidential bid.

We found out even more on Page Six: West was sitting front and center for his wife’s opening monologue— and according to onlookers, the two “kept waving and making eyes at each other.” The maybe-divorcing pair recently sparked rumors by spending more time together again, dining in Los Angeles before jetting to Manhattan for Kardashian’s late-night comedy debut.

But back to real estate and the listing at hand.
Known as the Monster Lake Ranch Resort, the sprawling, seven-square-mile property is divided into eight parcels featuring eight luxury cabins, an event center, and a restaurant dining area. Combined, there’s a grand — and we mean grand — total of 27 bedrooms and 17 baths. Asking price: $11 million.
As would be expected, the views are nothing short of spectacular—think snow-capped mountains, sandstone cliffs, and freshwater lakes.
Add a sunset to the landscape and the scenery becomes even more glorious.

Recreational activities abound. One particular parcel — No. 7 — is made up of 640 acres that are ideal for cattle grazing and hunting.
This “once-in-a-lifetime property contains a BLM lease, equipment sheds, equine facility, livestock corrals, and hay meadows,” according to the DBW Realty listing. “The lodge, commercial kitchen, go-cart track, and trophy trout fishing bring commercial opportunities.”

Nearby attractions include the Cloud Peak Wilderness in the Bighorn National Forest, the Medicine Lodge Archaeological Site, Pryor Mountain Wild Mustang Center, and Yellowtail Dam and Reservoir. The Yellowstone Regional Airport is a short 15-minute drive.
Unloading the massive property will only add to West’s already-amassed fortune. The hip-hop superstar/fashion designer/footwear magnate is worth a reported $6.6 billion.

As only fitting, we end with a cliffhanger.
Will the uber-famous, mega-rich couple reunite? Does a possible reconciliation have anything to do with West’s decision to part ways with his beloved property? The Post did report the property has been referred to as a “source of contention” — Kardashian didn’t want to move to Wyoming full-time, as West had hoped.
Stay tuned. And don’t worry. Nothing about either of these two remains a secret for very long.
