How much does it cost to say “ Bye, Bye, Bye” to a Hollywood Hills mansion? If it belongs to pop star Justin Timberlake and wife, actress Jessica Biel, it comes with a hefty price tag: $35 million.

That’s a staggering $26.7 million more than what Timberlake paid for the almost 13,000-square-foot estate in 2002. At the time, the Grammy award-winning singer was dating the now-in-the-news Brittney Spears. Built in 2000, the Spanish Villa-style manse sports nine bedrooms, 13 baths, a gym, home theater, recording studio, tennis court, veggie garden, and wrap-around outdoor entertaining area.

According to listing agent Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyand, the centerpiece of the 10-acre estate is a lavish covered patio. An 85-foot zero-edge pool—a recently-added amenity—runs the entire length of the house. There’s also a separate plunge pool.

“Just a sliver of grass in the Hollywood Hills is hard to find,” Huchel told the Wall Street Journal.

The property is among the largest — and most desirable — in the area.

Timberlake and Biel aren’t the first celebrities to live in the La La Land abode. In the 1940s, late actor Errol Flynn lived on the property, then known as Mulholland Farm. At the time, the house had a casino, secret passageways, and two-way mirrors.

In 1959, around the time of Flynn’s death, the home sold to American singing cowboy Stuart Hamblen. Twenty years later, it was purchased by teen idol Ricky Nelson of Ozzie and Harriet fame. (Think Hello Mary Lou, Travelin’ Man, Garden Party).

After Nelson’s tragic death in 1985 plane crash, a real-estate developer demolished Flynn’s original home and broke the property up into multiple parcels. Buyers included Beverly Hills businessman Jack Corwin and actress Helen Hunt, who built a house on a three-acre subdivision. Timberlake purchased both that property and another seven-acre lot from Hunt in 2002.

The celebrity couple own numerous other luxury residences including a six-bedroom condo in Big Sky’s Yellowstone Club.

Situated on over 15,000 acres, the exclusive Montana ski and golf resort offers residents 2,200 acres of ski trails and an 18-hole mountain golf course.  It all comes at a price: membership reportedly costs $300,000 with annual dues of $30,000—and that’s before the cost of buying a home, according to Forbes.

This “playground of the rich and famous,” as the Daily Mail calls it, offers privacy, an on-premise security staff, fire department, and medical team. Fellow residents include Bill Gates, Tom Brady, Dan Quayle, and Jack Kemp.

On the East coast, Timberlake and Biel own yet another home with a covetable zip code: a $20 million Tribeca penthouse in lower Manhattan. Again, A-list neighbors read like a star-studded who’s who: Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

Rounding out an impressive portfolio, Timberlake, a Tennessee native purchased a $4 million property near his parents in his native state. He’s is in good company. Celeb couples Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill live nearby.

3100 Torreyson Place, Los Angeles, is listed for $35 million.
