It’s a pretty sure bet that comedian Jimmy Fallon would be a really fun guy to get to know. But it only takes one look inside his personality-packed Manhattan triplex to seal the deal. What we wouldn’t give to snag an invite to this wonderfully whimsical abode.
But the good news is, you don’t have to wait for an invitation. The 4,950-square-foot apartment, owned by The Tonight Show host and his movie-producer wife Nancy Juvonen, recently hit the market for $15 million. Comprised of four separate units spanning three floors, the pair have been expanding and renovating the apartment for the better part of two decades.

“It’s a home like no other in New York City,” according to listing agents Jeremy Stein and Debbie Korb, of Sotheby’s International Realty — Downtown Manhattan Brokerage. “Celebrating the bones and architecture of the famed 34 Gramercy Park East, this jewel box is perched atop the southwest corner of the historic landmark.”
For starters, no matter where you look, there’s something cool, clever, or unexpected–think top quality fixtures, antiques, and vintage treasures. The home also sports original, restored hardwoods and window frames.

Just off the seventh-floor foyer, the brightly-hued living room features rare 1940’s wallpaper and Bednark wood-planked paneling. We also adore the custom turquoise modular sofa and its eclectic mishmash of throw pillows.
A large eat-in kitchen provides swoon-worthy views of Gramercy Park — a coveted commodity in NYC.
There’s also custom cabinetry with E.R. Butler hardware, an oversized island/bar, gas fireplace, and vintage-tiled mantel.

And did we mention the throwback, styled-to-perfection pantry? You had us at Tab, Triscuits, and Tostitos. Also on this floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a home office, and laundry room.

Up a level, the “Saloon Room” is a Western-inspired entertaining area complete with stained glass barback and custom-designed wet bar. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms and a full bath.
The primary suite and private wing of the home are both on nine—the highest floor of the building.
Newly-installed skylights provide an abundance of natural light.
Other amenities include a gas fireplace, built-in massage bed, steam shower, soaking tub, and his-and-her walk-in closets.

Now let’s talk about where the kids—7-year-old Winnie Rose and 6-year-old Frances Cole—hang out.
Three words: Seriously. Lucky. Girls.
Just under a custom-designed staircase that joins the three levels, a hidden children’s playroom sports monkey bars, secret hatch doors, and a chalkboard wall. A secret intercom connects it to a second play area.

According to Architectural Digest, the Fallon family appear to be spending most of their time at their Long Island home, just outside the city in Sagaponack, New York. Decorated in similarly eccentric fashion, the house became known for its indoor slide, seen nightly at the close of The Tonight Show’s At Home broadcasts last year.
Built in 1883, 34 Gramercy Park East is NYC’s first full-service cooperative. It sports a storied history and has been home to many notable figures, including James Cagney and Margaret Hamilton, aka the Wicked Witch of the West.
