Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has been selected to lead the Dallas-area promotion and sales of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Grand Cayman.

Set to break ground later this year, the resort will offer the first Mandarin Oriental Residences in the Caribbean and is being developed by co-developers Melkonian Capital Management and RAL Companies.

“Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty is a natural fit to promote the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Grand Cayman, given their strong base of highly qualified buyers in Dallas, Fort Worth, and all of North Texas, and we are incredibly excited to work with the team,” stated Brian Gooding, Head of Sales at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Grand Cayman. “As one of the top markets in the nation for the Cayman Islands, Dallas is a short 3.5-hour flight from the destination, and we anticipate several sales will come from this region.”

The centerpiece of the resort will be a 100-key, five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel surrounded by lush tropical gardens cascading through pools to a grand, secluded beach. When completed in 2025, owners will enjoy more than 60 acres of oceanfront amenities, five Mandarin restaurants and bars, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, and much more – all enhanced by Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service.

The spacious, ocean-front residences range from two-bedroom homes to five-bedroom penthouses and start at approximately $4 million.

“From the first moment I visited this property, it was clear that there was nothing else like it in the Cayman Islands,” stated Melissa Frantz, Global Real Estate Advisor at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. “The lush, secluded location on St. James Point gives it an elevated sense of privacy and exclusivity that is hard to find. Our clients will also be drawn to the property’s elegance and sophistication as well as the legendary service that you can only find at a Mandarin Oriental property.”
