Move like Jagger? Maybe. But $57.5 million will move you right into Adam Levine’s covetable Los Angeles home. The Maroon 5 frontman and model wife Behati Prinsloo are selling “one of the most important estate properties on the westside,” according to the WEA Homes listing.

It may also be one of the most profitable. Just over two years ago, the pair paid $32 million for the Pacific Palisades spread, previously owned by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

TMZ was first to break the story last Friday: “I Flip, But I Don’t Flop!!!” (More on that three-exclamation headline later.)

Money aside, we’re a little surprised Levine and Prinsloo are selling.

They seemed so happy during an Architectural Digest video tour last summer — not to mention, told viewers the house wasn’t for sale: “Don’t even think about it, for at least a year.”

After all, who’d want to move from this incredibly chic ranch-style property? For starters, it’s situated on over three acres with unobstructed city-to-ocean views. Lush lawns and manicured gardens, the handiwork of landscape architect Mark Rios, are a perfect playground for the couple’s two young daughters, Dusty Rose and Gio Grace.

Originally built and designed by renowned architect Cliff May, Levine and Prinsloo tapped LA-based Clements Design for a major interior remodel. Modern updates include chic natural light wood floors, plaster walls, soaring ceilings, and steel doors and windows. Walls of glass open up for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The 9,000-square-foot main house features a light-filled great room, den with wet bar, formal dining room, and multi-functional office/music room/recording studio. A spacious gourmet kitchen sports a huge island, buffet, walk-in refrigerator, and La Cornue range.

In the AD video, the couple takes us into the home’s state-of-the-art Dolby Digital theater, complete with arcade and glass award case (which sports the singer’s multiple Grammys). We also get a peek inside the ultra-luxe primary suite.

Highlights include a wet room with a “party” shower and soaking tub, sauna, and showroom-worthy his-and-her closets. You’ve also got to see Levine’s massive shoe collection, which includes a pair of rare Undefeated Kobe Bryant Nikes and a “superfluous” Rich Owens daybed (neither of which is included in the sale price).

Outdoor amenities epitomize California living.

Along with a resort-like swimming pool and spa, there’s a full kitchen, sunken conversation area with a fire pit, basketball court, walking paths, even a chicken coop.

The compound also houses two additional structures: a yoga studio/gym and a four-bedroom guest house. Combined, there’s a grand total of 10 bedrooms and 14 baths.

Back to that TMZ header. Levine and Prinsloo have an impressive real estate track record. Less than a year ago, they sold their Montecito estate for $28.5 million — $5.8 million more than they paid just three months earlier. They netted even more in 2019. The pair scored $8.5 million on their Beverly Hills abode, selling to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi for $42.5 million.

Interested buyers need to be pre-qualified, so “lookie-loos are plumb out of luck,” according to Dirt. WEA Homes co-founder Kurt Rappaport holds the listing.
