Pop superstar Rihanna wears a lot of hats — and may we say, some extremely chic ones. She’s a Grammy-winning artist, beauty mogul, fashion designer, and lingerie entrepreneur. To say she’s done it all extremely well would be an understatement. Her company, Savage X Fenty, is valued at $1 billion. And the singer’s recently launched fragrance, Fenty Eau de Parfum, sold out in just 24 hours.

What’s less known is that the singer is also a real estate aficionado. With an impressive portfolio that spans the globe — Los Angeles, Manhattan, London, and her native Barbados — Rihanna has become proficient at flipping prestigious (and pricey!) homes.

Currently, the singer’s 7,130-square-foot Hollywood Hills Mediterranean-style villa is on the market. As you’d expect from a mega-star, she’s asking $7.795 million for the six-bedroom, 10-bath manse—an increase of over $3 million since it originally listed in 2018.

A bit of history reveals that Rihanna paid $6.8 million in 2017 for the contemporary-traditional estate—the same year she launched Fenty Beauty. A year later, an alleged stalker managed to break into the residence, motivating her to put it up for sale.

To date, there have been no takers. But if you’ve ever had aspirations to live like a rock star, here’s your opportunity.

Perched above the Sunset Strip, the gated abode offers tranquil mountain and city views, according to The Agency listing.

High ceilings, arched doorways, steel-framed doors and windows, and warm finishes are featured throughout. Brokers are Bond Street Partners David Parnes and James Harris.

Architectural Digest recently featured some of the other properties Rihanna has called home:

2009

Rihanna bought her first property in Beverly Hills four years after the singer entered the music scene as the 16-year-old prodigy of Jay-Z’s Def Jam Recordings.

2012

The singer’s next venture was a Pacific Palisades mansion. After multiple trespassers were spotted on the property, the singer relocated to an undisclosed location, according to Curbed.

2013

Next up: a $50,000-a-month Manhattan penthouse in the Chinatown neighborhood. Rihanna also purchased her first property in Barbados—a $22 million beachside villa down the street from the famous Sandy Lane Hotel.

After dealing with stalkers at her Pacific Palisades home, Rihanna sought security behind the concrete walls of a house known within the industry as the Fortress. Highlights include a Porsche Design kitchen and notoriously phallic-shaped pool.

2015

The singer purchased a 2,000-square-foot Wilshire Corridor condo for $925,000. It appears she still owns the unit.

2018

Rihanna rented a 19th century London townhouse near the renowned Abbey Road Crosswalk.

2020

This mansion in the Hamptons rented for $415,000-a-month.

A pair of neighboring Beverly Hills mansions are Rihanna’s most recent acquisitions. The first is a $13.8 million contemporary; the second, a $10 million Tudor-esque home.
