House Beautiful Magazine and Agave Custom Homes will host a ceremonial ribbon cutting on the 2021 Whole Home on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in Fredericksburg. This is the magazine’s fourth annual Whole Home project.

The 3,600-square-foot home is situated on 10 acres in the Hidden Springs subdivision of Fredericksburg. Eight acclaimed interior designers each provided their design expertise to this classic farmhouse showcasing four bedrooms, four full and one half baths, open gathering areas, and a large, covered veranda overlooking a sparkling pool with panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country.

“We’re so excited to have been selected by House Beautiful to build their 2021 Whole Home,” Agave Custom Homes founder Tyler O’Brien said. “Design and functionality is at the heart of every custom home Agave builds. We absolutely love working in Fredericksburg, and can’t wait to show the community what we’ve built! We thoroughly enjoyed working with designers across the country to showcase quality craftsmanship, great design and brilliant functionality, all while staying true to the HIll Country German architecture and design.”

The House Beautiful Whole Home features eight talented designers throughout the 3,600-square-foot modern farmhouse in Fredricksburg built by Agave Custom Homes.

Explore great design up-close and personal: The Whole Home at 120 Fabelhaft Circle in Hidden Springs will be open for public tours starting Oct. 2. All proceeds benefit the Hill Country Community Needs Council.
