When it comes to Telluride, there’s no shortage of accolades: Impeccable ski slopes. Ridiculously picturesque mountain views. Crystalline blue skies. Temperate summers. A communal spirit. Yada, yada, yada.

So it comes as no surprise that it’s been a second (or third or fourth) home for so many celebrities — including Jerry Seinfeld. And it just so happens that some lucky home buyer has the opportunity to live like a star. The comedian and his wife, Jessica, recently put their two Colorado mountain properties on the market.

The first is a sprawling, resort-style 12,260-square-foot estate situated on over 26 park-like acres within the private enclave of Raspberry Patch. Designed as an evolving series of Western ranch structures by renowned Aspen-based architectural firm Lipkin-Warner, the modern farmhouse-style residence is priced at $14.95 million.

“After the Seinfelds purchased the property, they did a remodel and re-imagined the whole place,” Compass listing agent Bill Fandel told Mansion Global.

A double-height, vaulted great room sports a huge stone fireplace, abundant natural light, and extraordinary views of the San Miguel Mountains. Warm wood paneling, reclaimed plank flooring and crisscross beamed ceilings provide a rustic feel.

There are 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen complete with commercial appliances, tons of countertop space, custom cabinetry, and multiple dining areas. Additional amenities include a game room, wine room, gym, yoga studio, wood-paneled library, and 5,500-square-foot  heated deck.

There’s even more to love for outdoor and automobile enthusiasts. For the former, there are miles of pristine, private trails for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter; running or mountain biking in summer. Towering aspen and spruce trees add to the allure. For the latter, a four-car heated garage has its own built-in car wash. And there’s more: The cobblestone driveway is heated to keep ice and snow at bay.

An added plus: The home is move-in ready.

All the furnishings—with just a few exceptions—are for sale.

Anyone buying the larger property will also get first dibs on the second. The four-bedroom abode sits on 17 acres. Asking price: $2.775 million.

“It’s another spectacular home surrounded by aspens and dramatic views,” says Fandel.

According to Fandel, the Seinfelds first put the main property on the market in 2011 for $18.3 million, but took it off after only a few months because they decided not to sell. Avid skiers, the high-profile celeb couple frequently vacationed at the property. They are now selling because their children are older and because of the fast-moving real-estate market.

“Recognizing the strong demand for properties, they felt this was a good time,” Fandel added.
