Need a new getaway with exceptional views and access to one of the best golf courses in the nation? Promontory — the exclusive Park City, Utah club — has debuted a collection of 26 luxury homesites with the highest elevations and panoramic views of the community. Dubbed “The Top of The Summit,” this area is sure to draw buyers who want distinctive homes and all the amenities of an established club, as well as unparalleled vistas.

The Nicklaus Hillside village overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Painted Valley Signature Golf Course and nearby clubhouse from an ancient glacial moraine. You can also spy the Wasatch Mountain Range and Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain.

“The Nicklaus Hillside Village represents a new standard of mountain contemporary living,” stated Francis Najafi, CEO of Promontory developer Pivotal Group. “The architects and interior designers brought a distinctive level of mountain sophistication, making the Villas a wonderful addition to Park City.”

S B Architects (San Francisco) have designed the detached, two-story  contemporary mountain villas, which will echo the lines and shapes of clubhouse, with cultured stone, natural wood, and rusted steel. Interiors are by Vallone Design  of Scottsdale, Ariz., and will include oak ceilings, commercial-grade appliances, engineered wood flooring, custom windows, and hand-selected tile and stone. The floor plans, named for famous artists, include Klee, Rothko, Escher, and Calder. Home sizes range from 2,543  to 4,773 square feet and are priced between $1.4 million and $2.4 million.

“The Nicklaus Village perfectly complements Promontory’s world class amenities and outstanding architecture, with an uncompromising respect for nature,” said Rich Sonntag, Promontory managing director.  “These new Hillside Villas are designed to bring the natural surroundings inside, giving their owners an intimate connection to both the adjacent golf and Promontory’s abundant wildlife.”
