1020 Ravine Trail Cedar Hill

Bravo’s All-Star Chef  Tre Wilcox might be getting tired of moving boxes pretty soon. Seems like just a few months ago he moved from LOFT 610 to The Marquee Grill and Village Theater in Highland Park Village, which has quickly taken over Cafe Pacific as the darling lunch  be-seen diner for Park Cities/Preston Hollow Realtors.

(You know, “I’ve just come from a closing…”)

Well, now you can own a famous chef’s home for less than $300K. A Realtor named Scott Greenberg is listing Tre’s Cedar Hill home near LakeRidge, offered at $294,900. The custom 4 bedroom + study backs to a wooded creek area, is built with a custom stucco & stone facade with covered porch & brick along back of home. The entry is complete with a sweeping staircase, stacked formals, and wood floors. But best of all, whoever buys this house will snag the best.kitchen.ever. Feature this: double ovens-convection, gas range, large island, tons of cabinets & a big breakfast area opening to a huge family room loaded with a beautiful rock fireplace. The study and master share a see-through fireplace — that’s not too great for privacy, actually, don’t let the in-laws camp out in the study! 1020 Ravine Trail has four bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, and a roomy back yard. Tre tells me he is anxious to get closer in to Dallas, though he loves Cedar Hill.

The house isn't in Lake Ridge. Lake Ridge is on the other side of the freeway. The is surely a celebrity price. Houses in the sub-division don't go for 300k.
